The model is the RAZBAM A6 Intruder, payware. Scenery is default honolulu, and the carrier is freeware (I can't remember the name of it, but seems like everyone has it now).
The model isn't the latest and greatest compared to Captain Sim or PMDG stuff but I LOVE the intruder and they're the only ones making it so I'll settle for it =)

These shots are okay. Try not to cut off small parts of the plane like in the first one. I like the angle of the second one, but the options bar is on top. Simply hold ALT to get rid of that or you can crop that out. Good anlge in the 3rd shot and the last one is very nice.
