1st screens- Cr1-Beech 18

Postby Crashwoody » Fri Nov 20, 2009 6:08 pm

Here are some screens of the Beech 18 project I'm working on.
The liveries I'm showing here are on the free version which is ready to go on my site now.

The vc is the 1st of 3 vc's to come in the release. This vc shown here is the Military version. It will be in the pay ware Release. I want to do about 30 liveries, with 2 sound packs and 3 vc's. I'm not a big fan of 2d panels but I am looking into that as well.
I will show you more details on this project as I get them finished.
The release time for this add on will be in Feb 2010. It will cost $7.00 Usd. It will come in a win zip or exe. what ever you want to choose to down load, some folks like winzips others like exe's I will do both. I will even do a RAR as well.

Suggestions and questions are welcome.
Enjoy! :)

I'm grateful to have a good forum to hang out on. Gotta learn the rules and ropes of the new hang out. 8-)

I downloaded the Beech 18 from your site yesterday. I take it this a complete new model then? If so, looking good so far.

Crash ;)

The free version of the model holds some elements of the new one, like the mapping, I hate remapping as do most designers. And because so many freeware painters have asked me to keep the texture maps the same so that the projects they are working one wont be messed up I left that virtually the same.

I have fixed some polie issues with the free one and build 2 new sets of Xml gauges and a new set of sounds as well.
Flight model is all new as well. Textures are now photo realistic.
So a lot more work went into the new $7.oo dollar release, especially setting up 2 new vcs with 2 separate sets of gauges.

I'm not sure about 2d panels yet, I really cant stand them.
Thanks. :)
