It's a bird. It's a plane..

It's a... hell if I know!

Unreal Aviation "Dragon".  Nice details, like the flapping wings, and as the wings go into the down stroke, the fusalage lifts up a bit, and drops a bit during the up-stroke.  Very "realistic" :)

I found I had it when I was sifting through my FS9 aircraft for oddities to transfer to FSX.  I got stuff in there that I forgot I had!   :o

And I have no idea where I downloaded it from. :P

Cool. Do the wigns just go up and down or do the rotate as they do it? That's probably too complex.

Yup.  Pretty much just up and down with a little flex at the mid-wing hinge line.  It's pretty decent animation for something from FS9 plopped into FSX.  It give hope to anyone contemplating doing some animater realistic dragon, a-la "Dragon Riders of Pern", for example.   :)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Now that's different.

Question though: How does it get airborn ?  :-/

I'd imagine like a glider does. ::)
The mind is like a parachute...it only works when it's open.
