I don't think you'd prepare everything when the airplane reaches the catapult. Rather, you'd prepare as it taxies, so that you have an efficient carrier deck.

Not sure where he got it from but Flight Deck 5 has crew members to, look the same too. I would like to know where you got the crew from so I don't have to use FD and acceleration at the same time
