What plane is this i.e. where to get it?

Sorry, it's a side view of a panel called:
737_757_767_777_vrif_gg_panel_v13 (a mouthful I know) available at avsim.com.

Since it can be used with any 2 engine jet, I use it for the Project Airbus A318. I thought I had found a good 318 panel, but switched back when the contest was announced.
