The trees in the background are bringing a nice color touch. Nice shot. Is that a plane you're currently working on ?

Yes..  the Convair 580..  It was a natural progression from the 240.  Stretched nose, lengthened fusleage.. enlarged tail.. and a pair of Allison turbines, with big paddle props  :D

I'm working on classic, 'North Central'  and  'Frontier' liveries.. and a modern DHL freighter.

Ah yes, I've just seen your other topic where you show it.
Sorry for the dmb question, but what are "paddle props" exactely ? What is the difference with normal props ? Is it just the shape or is it something else ?

Yeah.. it's just the shape. big and squared..  no taper or curve.

VERY VERY NICE! Can you do a bare-metal/unpainted version of it as a repaint kit/ultra shiny silky smooth ultra cool looking bare-metal plane ;D :D
