These are fantastic shots!

Though you should get rid of the clear bar at the top of the screen by holding Alt a little bit, also the red text in the top right corner will dissapear if you pause the sim for a little bit

I agree. Always get rid of the red text and bar. If you forget in the sim, you can crop them out.

Do I have to use the uploader beacause my files are always too big and I don't know how to make them smaller ( their all 1024x... )

[Daube]

Use an image editor like PAINT.NET or Gimp, both freeware.
When you save your shot in JPEG format, the tool will show you a slider to adjust the quality. Just lower the quality a little bit to match the filesize limit, and you're done

Nice shots! you don't see a Dassault Etendard very often, though its a beutiful jet.  ;)
