What happened? full engine failure?

yea, for some reason during flight, the engine(s) just quit and of course the helicopter was uncontrollable. So I quickly got into slew mode and got the helicopter in that position. I thought it was kinda cool looking... sort of like when you are using a high shutter speed on a camera and can see the blades.

lol it took me a while to realise why that helecopter kept falling out the sky... something to do with overhtrottling i think, along with the fact that when you crtl+E, it only swiches on half the systems!! if it happens again, dont forget to deploy the floats, and aim for the river or a pond!
