am i the only one seeing the little horizontal lines going across the picture?  :-?

Horizontal lines or not, this pic is a masterpiece. The composition is brilliant... angles, scenery, wind, mountains, glowing sun, birds..it's teeming with life. One of the most impressive shots i've seen in my 5 or so years here at the V. Nice job Elwood, you should be proud of this beauty. Any criticism you receive is simply jealousy... ;)
