Hanel Field

I love this scenery, especially since it's in Columbia River Gorge, one of my favorites.

But that can't be an airstrip, it's a goatpath.



There seems to be an elevation problem. This is the invisible strip and the puffs of dirt are because of hitting it so hard. When it first loads, you are up in the air, shadow and all.

And when I tried starting at the trailer, I did not realize it meant on the trailer! So I pushed back and got this.

Found out if you move back here and take off to the WNW you can avoid that little elevation problem.



And landing to the ESE. you can stop in plenty of time. Just go between the jeep and the house trailer.



Can anyone tell me how to correct that elevation problem? Thanks.
