ENNO? NO, NO, NO!!!

[color=#000000]I don't fly realistically very often, and it is really rare that I fly Commercial. Even though I grew up around a Commercial Airline office, they are just not my thing. I prefer GA or military, and props more than jets. Because of this, I do not bother to learn all I need to know about an aircraft, such as how long a runway is needed.
But, I have a certain affinity for some older commercial aircraft and though it flies like a tank, I like the DC-4. I decided to fly out of Oslo and maybe get a few screenshots. After flying a while, I checked the map and the nearest airport was ENNO, Notodden. Notodden, verbotten, at least for DC-4s.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Hehe, yes, even such a "small" liner can be tricky to land when you get too much used to military jets and other "ultra-reactive" aircrafts.
On the same kind of landscape, but surely more confortable runway, you could try landing at Buochs. The overall look is a bit the same, a runway with a lake and a lot of mountains, but the area looks beautifull with a good mesh !
