Could you explain to me how to get more than one at a time? Don't know if I can do it as I already get stutter when I play back as traffic.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Get FSRecorder and record the plane you want, then play it as traffic and fly next to it... Simple as that!  ;)

he was talking about it playing more than one plane at a time as traffic,

All i do is record a plane in slew mode, than save and play it as traffic then slew to the left or right of the plane and record the two, after that to get both of them to play when your slecting the files that you want to play as traffic you press and hold Ctrl and then click on both of the files that you to be played as traffic, and BLAM!! there you are and if you want more just repeat the steps  ;) 8-)

I wasnt aware of a freeware TU-160. But I guess I didnt look good enough. There is one on this very site...

Same one? I dunno. lunitic can tell us that.
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

First, when you record a flight, avoid setting the FPS limit to "unlimited". This will limit the stuttering of the replay.
Then, if you want to see several aircrafts at the same time, you can simply play several recordings, one after the other. Open one, play as traffic, then immediately open another one, play as traffic, etc... Of course you have to record each aircraft separately first.
