The wind can be your best friend !

Postby Daube » Mon Jun 22, 2009 4:03 am

Especially when you have no hook :)
I was out for a test run of the new photoreal repaint from BananaBob for Piglet's Super Tucano, and since the place was nice, I decided to place a little carrier there.

Then I told the carrier to go full speed against the wind, so the landing was quite easy. After visiting the lower deck, I finally thought about taking some screenshots, so here they are.

On the elevator, reaching the main deck

Cruising between clouds, time to find a real airport (I think I was headed at Haynes or something like that).

Comments and Criticism very welcome as usual ! Enjoy :)

Holy moly that first one looks real!   :o (nominated)

I mean really real!  ;D 8-)

Have you intensified your bloom?

Looks a little stronger than usual.

I love it. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Thanks a lot for the very kind comments gentlemens, very appreaciated :)

ShaneG, no I didn't modify my bloom. It looks a bit stronger simply because most of the picture is really dark, so the clear parts are glowing more than usual. Also, I'm now using the FS SkyWorld clouds, which are a bit brighter than the default ones, so this adds to the glowing.
Finally, it was shortly before the evening, the sun was till bright but low, so lots of light coming from this direction  8-)

Hehe, thanks a lot ! But I have to say it's too easy to make nice shots with such great addons.
I mean, the Nimitz looks great, Piglet's Super Tucano is one of the coolest addons available, and BananaBob managed to make it even cooler with his photoreal repaint. Let's be honnest, those addons alone have made my shots. It's very hard to make a BAD shot with those  ;D
