Downloaded this one and it's real fun to fly. a but easy to stall, and a swine to land. but fast and fun

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Same here :)
Why don't you use more military jets ? They can be pretty interesting, especially with FS Recorder and some good scenery. There's even a pretty nice (although reduced) selection of military jets in FSX format :)
