For your first attempt, you were successfull in uploading the shot at the correct place, this is very rare and remarkable
However, you have just put the link to your picture. You should put this link between the [ img]" and [ /img] (without spaces inside, I used spaces else the signs would not appear so you could not read them ) signs, just like in the upload window, like this your shot will appear directly, not just a link.
