I still don't see how you could get to be in combat.

ok ok ok....sorry but i have to say something. you're full of it. quit trying...it doesnt matter how high up your relative is, there is no way ANY civilian, let alone a FOREIGN civilian would be allowed to fly a combat mission ANYWHERE. im in the military, in the aviation branch and its hard as hell to get on ANY flight unless you're the pilot or a crew chief. my uncle was a captain (O-6) in the navy and HE couldnt get me on a DEMONSTRATION FLIGHT.... so unless you have some sort of proof of this "combat flight" i suggest you just leave it alone and forget you ever mentioned it.

VERY WELL STATED!  Besides, this was almost to the top of my BS measuring stick.....and it's quite a long stick!

Perhaps the C-man will finally, fully, without a doubt, realize that he may take his "story" somewhere that he may find a crowd that'll buy the load of crapola he tryin' to sell.....seems to be no takers here!

ESPECIALLY those of us who have been there and know full well what it takes to not only get near any and all military aircraft, but also in them, then to take flight in one!

When I did a TDY to Elmendorf, I seem to remember a pedestal mounting at the main gate....was/is it an F-15?

Ya know, if you lay around and stare at one of those long enough you can probably convince yourself that...."....that Bear intercept was cool....then when I was front-seatin' a F-16, or was it a F-15, and we survived an air-to-air with another F-16.....man oh man, I wish....NO WAIT....I have a really really really really cool friend/relative who knows someone HIGH up.....WAIT....I have a high up buddy!  Yeah!  That's the ticket!.....that's my story and I be stickin' to it!"

Right up to the point that the alarm goes off to wake you up for school.

Give it a rest Canuck boy!  I'm thinkin' that "...17" is an age referral.  But if ya keep up the ruse, I'm gonna lean towards an I.Q. score!
