How do you get the shots so big and such a little file? I can take good screenshots but they're really big files. How do you lower then file size and keep the quality as good?

My shots are 1280x960 directly from the sim. I resize them to 950x715 or so.

After resizing and/or cropping, I use the "save for web" feature in photoshop. Just move the quality slider until the image is under 150k in total size.
