Me? Low'N'Slow? "Yea rite.."

Postby FlyingPerson » Sun Mar 22, 2009 5:27 pm

Weird but true.. I decided to take one of the weirdest props ever made for a short takeoff-and-land again flight before going to bed (darn school)
Sorry for the blurry aircraft paint.. :S

Takeoff..

Image

Looking over the airport (NOT MS default FS10 scenery, sorry!)

Image

Landing again on another runway.. which was actually being used for car racing.. i'm bad ;D And what seems to be a carneval in the background..

Image

And my aircraft ended like this on the runway.. :O

(Just being a little "not myself" - I'll probably fly a short JetBlue A320 hop in USA tomorrow after school. Short jet hops are my favorite kind of flights.)

Aircraft is the Curtiss Junior, but I can't remember where I found it..

Airport is Old Bridge (ICAO 36N I believe) with scenery from www.flightsim.com

Grass is something I can't remember.

Runway textures are Airport Hard Surfaces V2 also from flightsim.com

Hope you liked!

I'm guessing breaks are a no-no on that!

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

There's one of those on my field, I believe, or it just looks a lot like it. And I believe it's a "Curtis" Junior, not a Piper.
