Verrrry nice!

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

It's part of the scenery package. The scenery is off the coast of Japan, and is the fleet for the Doolittle Raid on Tokyo.

The plane is for FS2004 and is called a Sikorsky VS-44.
It is available here on Simviation.

The US Navy, or any military branch for that matter, never operated the VS-44, making this a fictional paint. The only place I could find this livery was here:
http://www.fsvintageair.com/repaints.html

^^Near the bottom of this page.

There is also a green, fictional USAAF "Coastal Patrol" livery located in the Sim-Outhouse library.

Finally, the library here on SimV has a historically accurate livery representative of Avalon Air Transport, which flew from mainland California, to Catalina Island in the 1960's.

I made some personal mods to the plane to make it even better, and if you find yourself enjoying the aircraft enough to consider these mods, let me know.

Thanks for the comments guys.
