A murky flight in my '172!

Postby Fozzer » Tue Feb 24, 2009 2:58 pm

Had a long tour around the Bay area today in pretty dire weather!
At one point the, Tower at Santa Rosa (KSTS) refused my take-off request, and I was grounded until the visibility improved for my VFR flight!

...anyway, the clouds lifted slightly, and I was able to continue my journey, and skirt safely around San Francisco (KSFO) controlled air space to land at my Sim home Airfield...Half Moon Bay (KHAF) for a nice? warming meal in Mr Mc Donald's Feeding Emporium... ;)...!

My little Red and Black Cessna 172 parked up at the Pumps, with lots of activity going on...as usual, at my California airfields!...;)......>>>

FS 2004...;)...!

Thank-you, tcco... :-*...

I know...

..I just don't like admitting it... ;)...!

.... ;D...!

The scenery...

One of the many delights of owning FS 2002 and FS 2004...

One of the excellent Programs (including Abacus EZ-Scenery) for various Object Placement, (including Humans, Animals, Birds..including the feathered variety..;)...courtesy of LAGO FSSE/FSE, unfortunately no longer obtainable. (I own the official registered versions).

http://secure.simmarket.com/lago-fs-enhancer-2004.phtml

Many/most of my Californian Airfields are populated by these various objects, and are a joy to "fly" into, with lots of activity going on... :)...!

Makes a pleasant change from the Default, bare Airfields/Airstrips, etc!

It takes just minutes to build an Airfield Surrounding...all in real-time, whilst the Sim is running, on-screen!

I post my pics in the Freeware Screenshot section, as they are my own designs, for my own purpose... :-*...!

Paul...G-BPLF...FS 2004...with a cement mixer, and a pile of bricks... ;)...!

...written estimates given.. ;)...!

P.S....tcco...pop over the hill to the default Half Moon Bay (KHAF) Airfield, you will see what I mean...;)...!

P.P.S...looking forward to meeting you in FS 2004 Sim V Multiplayer, with some GA Piston Props, for a nice tour of Cal...;)..!
