Looks good. Doesn't look like you powered up your fuel gauge, and I am questioning whether or not you aligned your gyros, but nice nonetheless.  ;)

I cant get it to take off. powers up ok, but always runs off the end of the runway

Which version do you have... there should be a swithc with 2 red lights on your panel, red lights should be OFF for flight ops... as that is the pitch lock. With that one alight you are in taxi mode, not in flight mode
