I picked it up years back at No-nodes. Just google it, it is by Shigeru Tanaka. We don't seem to have it here for some reason....

Looks like the Sky Mini. I'm not sure it actually existed. This is the Stits Sky Baby which was a biplane. http://www.airventuremuseum.org/collection/aircraft/Stits%20Sky%20Baby.asp Shigeru also released a model of it.
