Cathay 777

Took up the Cathay Pacific 777-300 by Meljet out of Honolulu. I liked the way the takeoff looked, and wanted to share!

Yes, that's a pretty nice plane - I'd almost fogotten how well the Meljet 773 looks and flies in FS9, even with the unchanged FS2002 FDE. Couple of tweaks and it's all set. Nice Cathay repaint - where's it from?

Takes the sting out of waiting for the Posky version.

Im actually using it in FSX! I do agree, it flys quite nice, and I havent modified anything on it other than getting the real sound for it. Only bad part is that there is no vc. I cant remember where I found the paint as I have had it for quite a while... but I'd probably say I got it at avsim.

That second shot brought tears to my eyes...I don't know how many times I have flown out of Honolulu in the past 3 years, but I do remember the last time I flew out of there, with Diamond Head in the distance and the glowing Honolulu skyline, I sure do miss it.
