Do you have failures turned on? And is this a FS9 model being run in FSX? Hard to tell from the angle, but it looks like a cross between an engine failure and a tail strike. As for the lock up, it is FSX! ;D ;)

Im sure its a tail strike.
I flew a 757 ATA  and after takeoff I went outside view and thats what it looked like but it was near the tail. Or like above if you had failures on it could be something like that.  ;)

My reality has been off lately too! ;D ;D

The first shot is pretty nice! Very nice detail on the gear. 8-)

Posky 767? It has a tail strike effect - doesn't matter whether crash detection, failures etc are on or off, it's purely a visual effect that triggers from the contact points in the aircraft.cfg and has no effect on the flying characteristics. You can disable this by remming out the 'concrete' line in the aircraft.cfg [effects] section:

[EFFECTS]
wake=fx_wake
water=fx_spray
dirt=fx_tchdrt
concrete=Opensky_sparks,1
touchdown=fx_tchdwn, 1

Or more realistically, don't over-rotate...
