Yeah, I know their other models! I especially like their Beavers and Otters.
Designed to fly.
I would say so ...

I'm glad I fired my FS9 back up!
Yeah, I know what you mean! No FSX for me ... but that's more because of my underpowered hardware than my reluctance to use FSX.
It's the first time a freeware scenery has required me to burn to a disc to install. And also, is the disc required to be in the drive to use, or only required for the install?
The installation of NL2000 V3 is rather straight forward, Shane. It just takes an eternity to install that 21 GB of scenery! There's a feature panel with that scenery that will let you switch on (or off) any features. Basically something like the Configuration Panel of the Glacier Bay scenery by Holger Sandmann.
But you don't need the discs to run the scenery. If you need any help just let me know

Typical Harold shots. Excellent ones as usual mate
Thank you Ash! I'm really happy to 'see' you again! It's been way to long!
You really should instal Flight Simulator and excite us with your awesome shots again! I miss you man!

Me too Shane. I'm also waiting for Harold or anyone to reply to your question.
There you go Bob!
