They're retracting.
It's actually about 50ft over the runway just after rotating,  The angle does make it look like it's still on the ground though. :-/

Meck is correct, I got it out of the Mike Stone Megapack though, the link is in the aircraft wanted section. I'm not sure if it works in FSX or not, anyone else tried it? :-?
