Try to compress them less - that last one is around 114kb, which leaves you 36kb to play with - what I do with each pic I upload is get it as close to 150kb as I can while still being under it. Takes a bit more time but the results are worth it.

Having said that, the angles and lighting in all of these shots is very impressive!

I didn't compress these at all. :-/  These are the size they were when saved as jpeg  in PSP9. Is there a way to increase their size? :-?  My process is take the shot with the V key, then open in PSP9 and save as jpeg. If it over 150kb I then use infranview to compress it to as close to 150 as I can, but if the shot is under 150 already I leave it alone and just upload it. I have often felt if I do some kind of  'reverse compression' as I will call it, that I could get a bit better quality from these undersized shots.
Any advice or opinions on this would help and be greatly appreciated! Thanx for all the comments! 8-)

dam fine shots, i can only notice the compression issues if I look close.

I personaly would say their is nothing wrong with your method of compression, also if each shot was 150kb then the thread would be over the limit.

1024x768x32. I guess there would be natural compression going from the bmp format  to the jpeg format. I guess I'll have to try another screen capture program. I also have screen hunter and fraps, SH I used alot for FS9, and have not ever really messed with the fraps, got it b/c I wanted to do some videos someday.

Hmm nice shots. I dont know a lot about this compression lark but i use fraps, capture as .bmps - i guess psp9 has a save for web feature along with 'save as' - try the 'save for web' if its there - , theres a slider so you can usualy get it pretty close to 150 after youve converted it to the correct size  - i try and go for 146-147kb as once its on here its gets a couple of kb bigger ive noted.

Slighty cropping your shots down even just a fraction often makes it a hell of a lot easier to get to the 150 limit without going to low on the slider!

Irfanview i fnd your always messing about, it often wont get anywhere near 150, often miles over it or miles below it
