Was playing CFS2 today. It was not going well:

Thought I could pull out of this one, then my wing hit the water...

I hate crashing it just ruins your day... ;D

Thats one thing I like in CFS3 you can do a water-landing and survive. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Hopefully MS will make a new CFS soon... :)

I can ditch in the water and survive in CFS2 too, but this was a crash, not a gentler ditch.

You were certainly doomed in the first  pic! ;)
Never played CFS,obviously it's worth checking out, but is there a certain release I should get in order to fully appreciate the series? Or will the latest suffice?  :-?

LOL top shots!

CFS1 was great online, in its day, id probably wince if i knew how many hours i spent on that thing in the 'zone'.

CFS2 i never got on with online, but it was more fun solo i thought. The aircraft were better, plus all the damage and the bail out stuff, plus totaly incompetent wingmen who never usualy failed to collide or get shot down, youd hear there garbled radio calls as they headed for the sea and ultimatley death :D

If they did survive the opening seconds of your mission, and didnt get shot down, theyd always be 'too busy' to respond to your calls for assistance. Always missing their 'eggs and ham' i recall as well.

Brilliant.

Never botherd with CFS3, heard to much bad stuff about it :(
