Now, if anybody could tell me which one of those gauges is eating my FPS, I would be very glad...

Use the process of elimination ;)

the model was made for FS9 so the model will have issues in FSX (e.g. gauges not working right)

anywho for those of you that use FS9 look real closely at the screens and you will see something that (to my knowledge) has never been done before :)

The dirt on the gauges? It's ok....but frankly, I think it's a little overkill. Some designers go a too far out of their way to get crazy detail and it turns out being a pain....I really don't care for the glare textures either.

Ok, maybe I missed something.... but where do you put the vc texture file? I get the overall shape of the vc... but no details. And I know that is where the textures come into play.
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

VC texture files should go into the 777 texture folder.

Seems that its your choice depending on aircraft. I.E. engine type, cargo door, etc...
