im sorry but i dont remember...i downloaded it over a year ago, it didnt work at that time, and i thought i deleted it. a couple days ago i tried doing my own repaint and in the process of trying to get my repaint to load this one loaded instead ::) (this one is better than my repaint)

Oh well, I think ill take a shot at repainting myself. Anyone want a stealth C-172? ;D ;D (but seriously, anyone?)

Yeah repainting is fun! You should give it a shot and upload the pics here.  I would like to see a stealth 172!  I have an all black cessna 206 in my virtual hangar already, this would complement it. ;D

I messed it up. I open it up in paint.NET, and slealthed it out ( :-? ), and now all of my cessnas, even my textures i didnt touch, are now completely white. HELP! :( :'(

You have to use a program called DXTBmp to load textures into a paint program...edit them as you like....and then save them back into that program.  This will ensure they are saved as a .bmp file.  This happened to me when i first started a year ago,  I read tutorials to learn how, this saved me alot of trouble!
