Lovely VFR at night

Postby Daube » Fri Jul 25, 2008 4:47 pm

Hi all,

Just finished one of my favorite short VFR flights: from Aix-les-bains to Courchevel, late in the evening. Here are the shots.
Sorry I didn't think about shooting the landing, those sloped runways are getting too much of my attention  ;D :-X

I thought about shooting the parking, though...

Really like the mountains in number 4. All very nice. I sometimes forget to take shots of the landings too.

Not too bad, but maybe it's just me, but I can't help but think the bloom effect is a little exagerated? :-?

Yes, the bloom is a little exagerated when it comes to the shine of the aircraft. But when it comes to the atmospheric effect (shine of the sky above the moutains edge), I assure you that the result in flight is absolutely stunning and adds a lot of visual realism.
