The bone

Flew from Barksdale AFB in Louisiana to Eglin AFB in Florida to get ready for some weapons testing. Here are a few shots from along the way...

The first two ones have a very nice background, but the angle of view is a bit classic, and it doesn't show much details of the plane. Same shots with a more interesting angle of view would look much better (although already very good like that ;) )

The two last shots are nice, #3 is a very good idea with those burners lights, but again, the camera is a bit distant and we cannot see much. The last one is great (angle of view and everything) but just a little bit too dark.

Other than that, those shots are quite nice, keep them coming :)

I see what you mean about not being very close to the aircraft, and yes, Id love to get in closer. But I had zoomed out to get more of the scenery, and used Ctrl +/- to zoom the plane in. I didnt want to zoom in too much because I didnt want that fisheye look that you get when you do the zoom that way. But hey, Im always glad to hear tips, tricks, and suggestions. Just makes for better shots in the future!

And btw... if anyone has this newly posted B-1 and doesnt like the way the wheels sit on (in) the ground, I have a fix that Boikat and I kinda worked up.
