Took a flight in the MD-80 from San Diego, to Long Beach and back. Im getting to liking these ground shots. So here are a few from that short trip. I love the reflections this bird gives ya!

My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

Nice pics - glad to see that someone else apart from me uses ground shadows!

Gives it more of a realistic feel. Plus it looks cool with sunsets and all.

Look at the reflections on #2... why can I get them there, but not with my water textures (set at 2x)?

Yeah i used to run with my ground shadows firmly off, thinking it would slow things up somewhat - then i read in some scenery installation bumf that it actualy doesnt really hit anything that hard, so i now have them on all the time!

Not sure why you get aircraft reflections, and no water ones (but i dont have FSX) but the aircrafts will show regardless as they are built into the textures i think.......although isnt there a thing to turn off aircraft reflections?

Im unsure how FSX's water things work.....
