Wow! Your clouds looks great! :o But texture quality isn't very good... ;)

I too like the cloud formations. May just need to adjust your AA or get the aircraft detail turned all the way up.
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

well yeah the lines on the planes dont look pretty but even with full settings. im pretty sure it still looks like that the only way to fix it would be to edit it not a hard job.
