Nice thread title.... ::). I watched "Ratatouille" on DVD recently in English and noticed that the cook is speaking with a German accent. So why the heck speaks the evil guy always German?

I take German in school (2nd year), but I can't understand a lot of this.  ;D ;D Technically it is Nazi Germany, not Germany, right? I could be wrong though.
