Postby MCAntonio aka AN21 » Tue May 06, 2008 6:19 pm

A Soviet TU-95 "Bear" got to close to my carrier so I made an interception with my beloved:-* Crusader. Here is the evidence :D

I was trying to communicate with him..

But no results so..Master Arm ON, Gun switch to READY and..(tip:look at the muzzle flashes :D)

I liked the last one. The dark cirrus clouds (or stratus, I cant remember which :)) Have a good contrast to the sky. Where can I find the plane?

I like #2. Really gives you the feeling of an attack! This is a fun jet to fly, got it in my hangar!

I didnt know it had gun effects?!  :-?

My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

I like it, but there is a much better bear around than that one.

Nice looking aircraft. Nice shots also!
The crusader and indeed  the corsair are both nice looking aircraft.

Interesting though that with this action youve potentaily started WW3!

And as the bald guy in top gun said "Do not fire until fired upon!"

He was also the headmaster (dont know what you call them in the states) in Back to the future :D

Nice shots, especially 2 and the last one.

That said, I don't think your pilot would be returning home... Bears carry a nasty tail-mounted AA gun (little black think just under the horizontal stabilizer). :(

I confirm the Crusader works perfectly in FSX SP2 in DX9 mode.

Yeah ... the contrast between the highly detailed Crusader and the Bear is very apparent. The Bear looks like an AI model.

Cool shots nonetheless ... very crisp! Keep 'em coming!

He should have used the Vlad model instead of the Samdim one... But i think that he wanted to do a more realistic shot as the chances of a Sprut encountering a Crusader are quite low
