I like seeing everyones 'rejects', i think they offer an insight into what each of us considers a good shot, and conversly, what we also consider 'not so good'.
Ive a stack of them already for this months, i eventualy asked my mrs to choose because i could go on forever trying out differing paints, angles, weather and everything else
Shes not really into mechanical things (although she loved live F1 at silverstone last year!) but i did note the scenery played no part in her choice, the main thing was the aircraft, probably based on what she had seen at various airshows and airport visits ive dragged her along to!
I note in your first two or three, the aircraft repaint doesnt look very 'real' but the last two are quite stunning!
I suggest a 'reject screenshot of the month' contest, with 5-10 entries each, just to put to use those dozens of shots we probably all have sat on our hardrives
Only occasionly do i get a shot thats 'bang on' in my view right away, i wish it happend more often!
