Very cool. I've only been up there once in person when I was about four. I hope I can get back there soon. :)

Right here.

http://www.goldenagesimulations.com/simulation.html

The New Standard D 25A for FS9 and FSX. This model is complete with 2 liveries of the D 25 representing two of the most recognized models in flight today; the Hudson Valley Air Tours of the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome in Rhinebeck, New York and Waldo Wrights Flying Service of the Fantasy of Flight Museum, Polk City, Florida.

The scenery.

Good to see you sharing the skies again Bob!

Those are some pretty and scenic shots! I like them! Gorgeous aircraft too!
Now get some AI in there to make the place come alive and you got youself an area where you'll be spending a lot of time ;)

Thank you for reminding me of this software. I used it in fs9 and now moved on to fsx so I sort of lost it.

On a personal note, I visited Rhinebeck several times in the late sixties and enjoyed all of the old planes and atmosphere. I still have a banner signed by Cole Palen.

Thanks again for the reminder and the cool pics.

Holy cow! That is a cool image! Though I would've zoomed out just a tad more to show the entire aircraft ;)

I tried, but couldn't do it. This last pic was taken with the FS2004 sim. You have to zoom in steps and the next zoom out was to far so I elected to clip the wings. I wanted to keep the buildings and their signs framed just below the top wing and still readable.

Have you ever tried the Flight1 View Module? It is a really excellent and above all free addon!

No I haven't. I'm going to give it a try. Sounds good. Thanks for the heads up.

I've ridden in both of those D25s- the one at ORA and the one in Florida. Old Rhinebeck's a prettier setting, though, especially in the fall.
I had that plane and that scenery before, but ditched them when I built my new rig... this makes me want to play with that again. ;D
