Defending the Red Banner

Postby Lazerbeak » Wed Apr 16, 2008 2:06 am

Really late this month, so I'm not sure if this is still eligible, figured I'd have a go anyway.

The plane in this shot is the Tupolev Tu-128, a most intimidating aircraft if there ever was one. As an interceptor, this colossal fighter was tasked with keeping Soviet skies free of any unwanted visitors. It manoeuvred like a tank and was useless in a dogfight, but it wasn't after small game, this beast takes on the likes of B-52's.

They've been uploaded actually, I just never got round to actually announcing it. :P

You can find them at Sim Outhouse under the filename tu-128_superpack.zip. That contains three Soviet repaints, as well as the fictional export schemes. I might upload these to SimV and avsim soon.
