Blimey! Where did you get that from? Ive not seen it in years! Nice shots!

I had a model of it that i built as a kid, at the time it seemed 1/12 scale and filled the living room.

It really was huge (okay so maybe not that big!!!), but even with the shuttle on its back the 747 kept falling on to its tail!!!

Had to put plasticine in the nose, and that meant dismantling it somewhat :(

dont you hate that when you have to open up the model again :P

very good shots there wouldnt mind getting a new Vid card but i neeed to save

Revell model kit? 1/144 scale, most likely (have a 747-200 in BA livery  in 144, pretty big! The An-124 I have in 144 is even bigger, hehe).

possibly revell, but it was a long time ago (say 1986-7!) and it wasnt those colours, more of a grey iirc.

That was the original American Airlines scheme (bare metal), I have a 1/500 scale SCA in its box on my desk right now (along with an LCF).
