After a long day of patroling around New York was time to head back to the ship for a few cold ones  ;D. first wire catch with lady liberty taking over the next watch of the harbour

Bumping up the graphics and turning on AntiAliasing would have made this shot so much better.

With the better quality I would have said it was a fantastic shot... but the graphics are letting it down a bit. Still, its original and the background is really cool

thnks for the tip compression killed it :\ my graphics are maxed and anti aliasing is on

In which case it is probably that you have an integrated chipset, or a fairly weak dedicated graphics card. Lots of the people in the contest now have some of the top graphics cards there or, and some are just a series below that.

Yea prolly, but its not that bad, its an ati 9800 512mb but i guess contests around here are judged more on qaulity then idea's now days , even then i would still lose cuas my ideas suck lol

Err, on that shot AntiAliasing is OFF. Check your settings
Appart from this, the shot is really nicely set ! I think you should try to redo it again with higher graphics now
