Oil Rig Transport with FS Water Configurator

Postby Ashton Lawson » Thu Feb 14, 2008 11:44 pm

Hey guys,

This was posted on FSW and my FSWC thread in the FSX section of SimV.

Well, I'm making a lot of progress on FS Water Configurator, I'm definately going to release this one, provided my PC doesn't blow up again :o.

Anyway, now, just a brief description, I was flying through quite a few mission, making Presets for each mission that has any large amount of water in it, such as Oil Rig Transport, which just so happens to be my favourite :D.

All water textures, and sky textures are default, however, I have used X Graphics for the clouds, lights, and various other things.

FS Water Configurator+ has new modifications in the works, plus DirectX 10, Service Pack
1, and Radeon HD 3+ Series support.

That water looks way more realistic than the default. I love the dark blue deep color. ;)

Keep up the work. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Thanks man.  Some guy on FSW alos commented in these, saying that they were too dark.  I replied that when he gets his hands on the program, he can make it whatever he wants :D.
