funny way of flying, too. you let the lift engines idle and use the prop at 90% throttle... all at 30 ft off the deck. this is where a good joystick is important

Oh im might have to DL that very efficient way of flying using ground effect. Think it something like 60% better then conventional flight.

I bet its more than that. the docs that come with it (it has a panel too) tell you to idle the jets and you are still moving at over 130 kias... can't imagine what flying these thing in real life was
