Are you sure? Those WWI aircraft didn't have much in the way of gauges.

Downloading it now to check it out.

Check the screenshot at the top of the page. See how the main instrument panel is empty?

Not only are there no guage files included with the package, but If you look at the panel.cfg file, there are literally NO gauges in it

Well, it doesn't display in the FSX Demo. All I get is a nice rotary engine. LOL

From what I can tell it has no 2D panel at all. The DVC gauges appear to be hard coded in the model. I think this will be the trend with proper FSX aircraft.

Here's a shot of the cockpit of a Fokker Dr.1 replica. http://www.mcherron.com/photos/aircraft/Avalon_Airshow_2003/Triplane_Cockpit.jpg

I know i'm not an expert on ww1 era aircraft, but I was expecting to see a few more instruments in the panel like the Curtis Jenny, Sopwith Camel, ect...

You are also forgetting that this is a beta, so there will be problems.

most important flight instrument in ww1 is the pilot. fly by smell and feel

Seems pretty accurate cockpit to me. From what I can identify the gauge in between the guns is a fuel flow gauge; there is also a clock, the altimeter on the front right, and the compass on the floor.

Scroll to the bottom of this page:http://members.chello.nl/~a.vankan/FokkerDr1.htm
