The Dreamy Dreamliner, and other environment packs

Postby machineman9 » Tue Dec 11, 2007 5:27 pm

For FS9, I am really suprised... these are probably the best visuals Ive ever gotten from them  ;D

Anyway yeh, its the 787 Dreamliner, and its this environment pack called Real Environment Professional (which, contradictory to the name, is free on avsim, so I gues these arent payware shots)

so yeh, enjoy.

Image
Taxiing back and asking the ATC for taxxing to the runway (which was behind the way I was looking)

Image
Holding for instructions

Image
Hurtling down the runway... sortof.

Image
Taking off and putting the wheels where they belong (my mum was asking me for something, couldnt hear her, so turned off the volume)

Image
Flying over a random lake to make it look cool

Image
Using slew to make it look more epic than the rest

Departing from the default airport, well, into the ground actually... I keep on whacking the 'kill engines' button on my saitek. darn

Advice for anyone... if you like to steer and fly bricks, then this is the plane.... its pretty nasty to corner with  :'(

C+C please,

thanks for looking

Interesting AI, it looks frightfully similar to the default... ::)

Love the 787, though. ;)

That looks like a relatively decent model...But I won't have a 787 in my hangar until the real one flies ;)

Nice shots, the last one has a unique perspective to it 8-)

Wish someone'd do a great new model.
As for this one; it's still quite nice, and
the way you've presented it is fantastic.  :)

Hey my paint  ;D! Glad to see it in action again.

Great work on these. RE Pro is a great set of textures, but I'd recommend changing your AI. You'll even get better performance, because normal Ai models don't have VCs  :P.

Creative angles use,

Cheers,
Fabian

WoAI is decent for AI...PAI is good for AI...Or you could just make your own ;)

World of Ai:   http://www.world-of-ai.com/
Project Ai:     http://www.projectai.com/

I'd recommend WoAI with some self made airlines packages....(They don't have US Airways p. ex.)

Cheers,

I'd say PAI and switch in some of the AI models/liveries with much improved AI Aardvark versions. Can't wait, in two days I'll be flying FS again (get back home! :D)
