I really don't like that burner effect...But the model looks rather nice 8-)

I really don't like that burner effect...But the model looks rather nice 8-)

On this model The after burner is not just on or off but has five stages, some with smoke,most with danceing diamonds. I agree last stage not as good as fourth stage with diamonds :)Image

I just don't like the purple color...IMO, it looks just a bit overdone...However, that stages part sounds very interesting! It'll be interesting to see what developers can come up with ;)

IMO the afterburners are pretty realistic... have you seen the an F/A-18A at night or dusk with the ab's on? They are freaking massive.

Spectacular shots, but I agree about the burners. The "aura" around the flame cone just looks overdone. Not your fault though.

The size may be realistic, but the intensity throughout the flame, and the colours are not.

Looks the right sort of shape but a slightly wrong colour, although the colour of the afterburner changes throught with the time of day it might be accurate for some time of day, cool shots anyway
