Me likes everything but the water
That bird is very cool ... I think I've said that before and its position in the shot is very nice too. I think the angle could be a little more agressive (slightly more banked) but that is just a matter of taste.
And that water looks like mercury :-?

the water looks normal for the time of day (dirty),nice shot & AC

Yeah I like the "dirty" water look. By far Real Environment(freeware) has the best water textures.
