Me too. It's like waiting to go your holidays and looking out at your plane.  8-)

Nice shots Fabian but I don't understand why you'd cut of pieces of that gorgeous 747 :-/

Small bits though

That is my point ... if it was a big chunk it was probably intentional because of extreme zoom.

But I always feel sorry for the aircraft ... especially such a beauty!

Well done

excellent choice in model because of the texture quality which really makes a screenshot pop.

Interesting angles too. They deliver a good show of the action taking place

What Kind of 747 is that? I've never seen a 400 model without winglets, is that newer?

Nice shots, 2 and 5 really caught my eye.

It is not an issue Fab ... it is just something I don't like. But others obviously can't be bothered ;)

There are -400 series without winglets called -400D (domestic, used in Japan)

This is a -300 series. Last comercial airplane with a 3 man cockpit crew. Didn't sell very well, because the -400 series was available very shortly after the -300s. The -300s are not equipped with winglet, they've got antennas like the -100/-200 serie.
