Use Irfanview. It's free. Use it to re size your pics.

Also I find this a great tool. The FS Recorder Module. Great for setting up really neat angles.

Overall it's pretty good for your first try. ;)

Irfanview is the program I actually used. Let me resize it real quick...

Now as I can see the pic is only 43Kb. The maximum limit is 100Kb so as you save them move the slider at the side of the window as close as you can to 100 without going over 100Kb in size. ;)

I suggest reading some of these. ;)
