Last shot in FSX

Postby aussiewannabe » Thu Jul 19, 2007 9:21 pm

This was a potential entry for the July contest, but there's two weeks to go, and I can do way better.

This is a shot off the coast of New Zealand. The sun is setting on my far right and I was hoping that the cloulds on the left would change a little in color. The texture/setting is maxed out, something my CPU can't really handle due to the video card. Still, I think it's an interesting shot.

I'm downgrading to FS2004 to see what I can do with it. There's some add-ons I want to try like Real Environment Pro.

Plus the light coming over it.  Makes for a nice capture.

to plain for me, it needs some nice scenery or obvious layers of the clouds to make it nice :)

Thanks for the comments.

Yes, it is missing an element for the contest: added scenery. I'm looking into that.

Rolling up sleeves for round two ::)
